Sadece Yaşama, Şehrini Yönet
Zehra Avcı and Hamza Bilden co-created a participatory city governance platform where citizens can report problems, propose solutions, vote on ideas and follow what gets done. It won Turkey 2nd Place at SosyalFest 2026.

Problem
A path from feedback to follow-through.
People need more than a place to leave comments. City participation needs a clear structure for raising problems, considering proposals and following outcomes.
Solution
A structured way to take part.
Sadece Yaşama, Şehrini Yönet gives citizens a platform to report problems, propose solutions, vote on ideas and track progress, with six roles that have defined permissions.
- Report problems
- Propose solutions
- Vote on ideas
- Track progress
Participation architecture
Six roles, defined responsibilities.
Each role has specific permissions in the platform. The roles create a structure for participation beyond an open comment thread.
- 01 · Citizen
